1. The order processing time is 5-7 days. If an order placed needs to be delivered in less than the processing time, then convenience charges of INR 500 are applied.
2. Shipping charges are included in the order pricing.
3. Shipping time varies depending on your location.
4. Express shipping is available with extra charges.
5. Sets are priced depending upon the designs and not the length of nails
6. We don't have an inventory, so all the charms and accessories are sourced as per the client's order.
7. The Nail Therapy is not responsible for any damage once the package is scanned into the courier system.
8. Once the order is placed and is under making, the nail sizes cannot be altered.
9. We don't have order cancellation policy.
10. It is the customer's responsibility to take the nail sizes carefully. No refunds due to sizing mistake.
11. The Nail Therapy hold the right to accept or decline your order requests.
12. All the orders are considered booked only after the payment is processed by the customer.
13. We do not deal with COD.
Replacement Nail Policy:
We at The Nail Therapy believe in sustainable choices and hence, the replacement nail policy is created. If you lose any nail from your beloved TNT Press On sets, you can [place an order for the replacement of the lost nail only. All you have to do is connect to us on WhatsApp or Instagram and we will help you with the same. The replacement nails charges vary as per the nail designs.
Gentle Reminders:
1. Press on nails are Jewels & not tools!! This means please don't use your nails to open or pick up stuff.
2. Please pick the Nail shape & Nail length that suits your lifestyle, this will help you with the better stay of your nails.
3. Just like any nail enhancement, they can break or chip off if not taken care properly.
4. All the 1st time customers are suggested to order a sizing kit first, this will help you with the best nail fittings.
The Nail Therapy creates unique nail sets made as per the client's specific requirements.
Keeping in mind the health and hygiene of our beautiful clients, we do not offer refunds, returns or exchanges on any order placed.
